	Open Meeting
	The ASCE Visualization, Information Modeling, and Simulation (VIMS)Committee will hold an open meeting at the icccbe2010. All are welcome to attend. Brief note about the meeting: The mission of the ASCE TCCIT Visualization, Information Modeling and Simulation (VIMS) committee is to advance research and education in the fields of data visualization, information modeling, and simulation. This also includes issues related to human computer interaction, system dynamics, infrastructure data representation, and software interoperability throughout the entire infrastructure life cycle. All researchers and educators interested in these and other related topics are encouraged to attend the meeting to learn about the committee’s activities and ways in which you can participate in its efforts. This meeting will review the committee’s activities for the past year and present initiatives for the upcoming year. Prospective committee members are requested to email a copy of your CV to Prof. Vineet Kamat (vkamat@umich.edu) prior to the meeting.
